About the Role:
As part of the global Marketing, Communication & Event team and guarantor of the respect of FICOFI’s standard of excellence, you’ll be supporting the conception and organization of the experience & events for the Southeast Asian chapter, under the management of the local Events & Experience Manager.
MAIN FIELDS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your key responsibilities, although not exhaustive, include:
- Support in the conception and the coordination of events and experience: administrative support, budget & planning, event organization and animation, reporting…
- Support to identify new locations for FICOFI events, to contact external partners (I.e., hotels, restaurants, caterer, printer…)
- Support in the development and coordination of “Art de Vivre” partnerships, including gastronomy collaboration with top restaurants.
- Support in the coordination of Marketing & Communication projects roll-out locally (I.e., Renewal Gift).
WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
- Have a first experience in events & experience, preferably in wine and spirit industry, Art de Vivre or Luxury environment or any other lifestyle brand.
- Can work with Microsoft Office and Digital tools.
- Organized, multitasking
- Very good communication skills
- Reactive, and eager to solve problems.
- Strong team spirit and sense of service – positive attitude.
- Follow new trends and news of the global/local scene (foodist, events, luxury, culture…)
