Job Description
- Responsible for bookkeeping accounting duties
- Timely updating income receipt and outgoing payment to cloud accounting system
- Assist in month end closing preparations
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system
- Perform other general accounting duties assigned from time to time
- Able to communicate with clients independently
- To handle accounts closing up to the monthly trial balance income statement and balance sheets
- To perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned by the superior.
Requirement
- Who are passionate in Accounting and related works.
- Minimum diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in MS office & any accounting software advantageous
- Minimum 6 months working experience in preparing the accounts
- Able to do work on flexible hours or part time
- Training provided
