Your responsibilities:
- Analysis: You will prepare research and reports, design new strategies and tools to support the business development team.
- Content: You will assist the team in developing and updating content for Fiducia’s presentations, publications, and material focusing on current China business strategies and trends.
- Events: You will help to plan and host events (online and offline), liaising with strategic partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Communication: You will contribute to the creation of email campaigns, social media content as well as events’ teasers. You will come up with creative ways to analyze any resulting data.
- Business Development: You will assist in executing the business development plan, contributing new ideas to improve sales activities for new and existing business.
- Cross-selling: You will co-operate with all Fiducia services to brainstorm and carry out marketing and business development ideas.
- Database: You will learn to use digital platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Navision to optimize the Business Development process.
Who are we looking for:
- University degree in Business, Economics or Marketing (alternatively advanced studies of these subjects)
- Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese and/or German is a plus
- Profound knowledge of MS Office tools and Internet applications
- Interest in China is a must; China experience advantageous
- Ready to handle multiple projects at the same time & proactive communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing & Photoshop/ Illustrator is a plus
- Organized, outgoing, and presentable
