Roles and responsibilities
Organise, supervise, and execute regular building maintenance and improvements to properties
Resolve issues arising from defects and other requests for maintenance which may arise
Project manage new properties to get them ready for stay quickly and with high quality
Represent operational and logistical perspectives and provide feedback in company discussions on product development and other changes affecting operations
Learning outcomes
Acquire practical skills in all aspects of facilities management coordination, defect diagnosis and recommendation, and interpersonal communication
