How you’ll contribute

• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and integration guides for both technical and non-technical users.
• Produce in-depth articles, blog posts, and white papers on AI, machine learning, automation, SaaS trends, and other relevant topics, showcasing the company as a thought leader in the field.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify content needs and contribute to content strategy and planning.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments in AI and SaaS, and incorporate the latest trends and technologies into your writing.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical details, clarify concepts, and ensure content accuracy.
• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, grammar, style, and adherence to brand voice and tone.
• Ensure content is optimized for search engines, including the use of relevant keywords and metadata.

Who you are

• Proven experience as a technical writer in the SaaS or AI industry.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, SaaS products, cloud computing, and related technologies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an easily understandable and engaging manner.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and produce high-quality, fact-based content.
• Comfortable working with technical teams, including engineers and product managers, to translate technical content into user-friendly documentation.
• Experience in contributing to or developing content strategies, particularly in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for writing web content.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, Markdown) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• A portfolio showcasing previous technical writing work, including any thought leadership articles or blog posts related to SaaS or AI.
