The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to our founder, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping to maximize their productivity. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a problem solver, and someone who can adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Email Management:
- Efficiently manage the founder's calendar and email, ensuring priorities are met and scheduling conflicts are resolved.
Travel Arrangements:
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for both business and family trips.
Meeting Support:
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare summaries, action items, and follow-ups.
- As you gain experience, you will be expected to represent the founder in meetings, providing insights and making decisions on their behalf.
Coordination with Senior Management and other team members:
- Collaborate with senior management teams across multiple companies within the conglomerate, facilitating communication and ensuring initiatives align with the founder's vision.
Proactive Problem Solving:
- Anticipate and resolve issues independently, making decisions when necessary, and providing creative solutions to various challenges.
Flexibility in Working Hours:
- Be willing to work irregular hours as needed to accommodate the founder's schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Qualifications:
