Financial Media Group is a dynamic mergers and acquisitions shop that sources small businesses around the world for our publicly listed clients.
We manage all of the legal and financial due diligence and then the ongoing financial support and consolidation of these companies and their financials.
This takes place across multiple geographies and industries.
Responsible for the full spectrum of the accounting & finance functions of the PLC, its
subsidiaries and group consolidation.
Preparation of half year and annual financial reports.
Supervise and oversee the accounts & finance team globally
Liaise with the Companies & its subsidiaries’ external auditors
Manage forecasting and budgeting process;
Tax planning for the group;
Assist in IPO documentation.
Requirements:
At least a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA or relevant qualifications;
Min 3 -5 years of group consolidation experience;
Great communication skills - written and spoken
Team player.
Salary will be determined by experience not limited number below. Due to the nature of the job there are also extensive opportunities to receive stock based bonuses in new listings.
