Financialist International Pte Ltd is a Management Consultancy Firm founded by Mr. Harold Ng.
In year 2000, Financialist International Pte Ltd was awarded a contract with Great Eastern Life Singapore (GELS), to launch a comprehensive and holistic way of Life Planning to all GELS planners. The collaboration involved developing an IT system, a tool that could capture all the information of individuals to make sound financial decisions in their entire lives. The tool allowed individuals to see the outcomes of their decisions and is called Scenarios planning.
Harold was invited and seconded to Indonesia to be Great Eastern Life Indonesia CEO/President Director in 2006. Through Bancassurance sales with a public listed bank NISP in Indonesia, Great Eastern Indonesia, under the leadership of Harold, achieved a 5-fold increase in revenues in the first 9 months and another 10-fold increase in revenues in the following 9 months. During his short 18 month tenure as CEO of Great Eastern Life Indonesia, Harold helped bring the Company’s overall ranking in Indonesian Insurance Companies from the 32nd position to the 22nd position.
Today, The Financialists will help the interns to apply their knowledge in Digital Transformation platforms and Wealth Management to reach out to markets from Mass, Mass Affluence, Business, High Net-worth to Ultra High Net-worth markets.
The Financialists would like to work hand-in-hand with institutions like Universities, to help interns to put their knowledge in practice.
Scope of Work
· Learn basic fundamentals of investment principles and concepts
· Conduct research & present findings on assigned targeted customer segment(s) for specific investment topic(s)
· Understand the client advisory process for wealth planning
· Gain in-depth knowledge of financial & investment literacy
· Involve and assist in digital project(s) & Webinars/Seminars/Events
· Opportunities to gain real business pitching experience through joint marketing field work with Business team(s) management
