About Us
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our in-office team. This isn’t a remote gig—you’ll work side-by-side with our founders in our luxury fine jewellery business, diving into the fast-paced world of jewellery marketing and branding.
You’ll be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating captivating content, conducting market research, and implementing new marketing systems to enhance our digital presence. You will also help us connect with our audience during exciting campaigns and live events.
This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience under the mentorship of industry professionals specializing in high-end jewellery, luxury branding, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Develop and execute impactful social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
Design and create visually captivating content (posts, stories, reels, banners, GIFs) that reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
Craft and schedule content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Produce customer testimonial videos: scripting, shooting coordination, and editing for both web and social.
Track key social metrics and prepare monthly reports with performance insights and optimizations.
2. Graphic Design & Brand Identity
Create brand-aligned visual assets for online and offline campaigns, including social posts, marketing materials, event collaterals, email newsletters, lookbooks, and packaging concepts.
Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual guidelines across all channels.
Collaborate with the founder and photographer/videographer on visual direction for campaigns and shoots.
3. Website Management (Shopify – No Coding Required)
Manage and update our Shopify website: product listings, homepage visuals, collection pages, and UX enhancements.
Design promotional banners, landing pages, and graphics for e-commerce campaigns.
Ensure seamless navigation, mobile responsiveness, and an elevated customer journey.
4. Influencer & Experiential Marketing
Identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with the brand’s values and target audience.
Plan and promote luxury experiences such as gemstone workshops and private styling sessions.
Design invitations, event collaterals, and recap decks for internal and external use.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, or branding (luxury, fashion, or lifestyle experience preferred).
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or similar).
Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Comfortable with Shopify backend for managing content and listings (no coding required).
Excellent command of English with strong writing and storytelling skills.
Sharp eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Based in Singapore and available for in-office work. Flexible schedule for weekend/evening events when needed.
