About this role:
The HR Intern will gain a rewarding learning experience that will hone your communication and people skills. Accompanied with the learning experience, you get hands-on experience to assist the team in day-to-day operations of the HR Department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (eg. posting of open positions on job portals, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, preparation and facilitating onboarding of new hires)
- Facilitate the offboarding process for staff when they resign
- Assist in knowledge and database management within the HR department. This includes assisting with process enhancements and maintaining proper filing system, including data management and file sharing.
- Assist in incoming calls, enquiries and provide necessary follow-up
- Any other ad-hoc duties and/or HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on and a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Positive working attitude and eagerness to learn
