Job Description
Core Responsibilities are to assist Marketing Team in the following:
- Planning and executing all marketing initiatives
- Preparing all marketing materials
- Preparing press releases and liaising with the press
- Introducing our products to customers at the retail store
- Interacting with customers at the retail store
- Interacting with customers through online social media
- Interacting with customers over the phone and through emails
- Assisting in the mangement of retail operations
- Liaising with and providing feedback to design team and procurement team
- Providing after sales customer service including delivery management
