Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative At Finvolv (https://www.finvolv.com/) Singapore you will:

  • Represent our company’s products and services, beginning with a thorough understanding and leading to customer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential prospects
  • Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and work with sales team to determine next steps
  • Identify best practices to improve the company’s lead generation playbook

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify and source new business opportunities using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, target marketing campaigns, referrals
  • Create and raise brand awareness across the South East Asian territories as assigned
  • Conduct high-level interactions via email and phone with potential customers to raise awareness, educate and inform about our products that are relevant to their needs
  • Set up meetings or calls with (potential) customers and the sales team
  • Generate new sales opportunities and build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the company's software products and their value propositions
  • Build a solid sales lead pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets of defined activities and lead generations
  • Collaborate with channel partners to identify opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a start-up environment
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Comfortable at initiating phone conversations with executives, navigating questions, and overcoming objections
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
