As a Sales Development Representative At Finvolv (https://www.finvolv.com/) Singapore you will:
- Represent our company’s products and services, beginning with a thorough understanding and leading to customer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential prospects
- Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and work with sales team to determine next steps
- Identify best practices to improve the company’s lead generation playbook
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and source new business opportunities using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, target marketing campaigns, referrals
- Create and raise brand awareness across the South East Asian territories as assigned
- Conduct high-level interactions via email and phone with potential customers to raise awareness, educate and inform about our products that are relevant to their needs
- Set up meetings or calls with (potential) customers and the sales team
- Generate new sales opportunities and build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the company's software products and their value propositions
- Build a solid sales lead pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets of defined activities and lead generations
- Collaborate with channel partners to identify opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a start-up environment
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Comfortable at initiating phone conversations with executives, navigating questions, and overcoming objections
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
