The role of the Marketing & Branding Intern supports the development and management of our clients’ strategic businesses, branding & marketing programmes; researches and provides preliminary analysis of competitive audits; conducts interviews; helps support employee engagement training programs; supports the day-to-day activities associated with client projects.
The essential responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic planning for client business under the guidance & direction of our Chief Strategist.
- Assist Project Lead or Chief Strategist to develop the marketing plan, digital marketing strategy (which comprises both social media marketing & SEM), brand experience roadmap and execution of these programs with clients.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to inform them of project progress and gather project input
- Follows the research phase of brand projects by attending focus groups, note-taking in interviews, extracting quotes from qualitative reports, conducting competitive audits and prepare market research.
- Contributes to brand platform development by preparing competitive audits, referencing interview notes, and aligning research findings
