Job Description
JOB SCOPE:
- Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
- Assist in managing monthly inventory
- Keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
- Perform excellent customer service and selling skills
- Must also be able to deal with customer courteously and professionally
- Must be able to train and groom junior team members to required standards and guide them to eventually take on bigger roles.
- Must be able to perform in a fast paced, busy environment with attention to details.
- Arrange the daily orders to ensure all orders have been placed.
- Assist in training new employees & employee issues (lateness, tardiness, and performance issues).
IMMEDIATE HIRING:
- Full-timers - Up to $2850 depending on experience
- Part-timers - Up to $12/hr depending on experience
