Job Description
Conduct basic sensory test and data tabulation to provide support to the sensory team.
Perform routine laboratory activities including analytical tasks and sample preparation/purification.
Maintain sensory laboratory inventory.
Update flavor lexicon and database.
Coordinate with panelist in test execution and preparation of sample and references preparation for training
Keep daily record and appropriate documentation on all laboratory work performed.
Manage stock of lab supplies & raw materials as well as storage of samples prepared.
