Job Description

Purpose (Project work):

The purpose of this job is to assist in regional Compensation and Benefits (C&B) study/review and identify key/critical competitive gaps and to propose resolution to improve targeted C&B tools with objective to attract, retain and motivate talents in the organisation. Support in special projects, eg. the development of HR sharepoint site for the region.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work with respective targeted country HR heads to study and analyse current compensation and benefits program

  • To research and compile on market C&B practices and benchmark

  • Ability to perform basic statistical analysis in terms of external competitiveness and internal equity

  • To perform analytical work in identifying critical gaps and identifying the value of resultant change (low level of change with max impact)

  • To assist in running simulations of proposals and the cost of proposed actions

  • To work on graphical presentations(i.e. images, charts, graphs) to enhance the proposals

  • To assist in regional/global C&B processes (i.e. budgeting, Salary Review, etc)

  • To develop, train and communicate the HR sharepoint site for the region
