Purpose:
The purpose of this intern is to support local and regional Accounts Payable processes and compliances.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and audit the data entry and administrative works of the outsourced service provider for invoices and travel and entertainment processes.
- Ensure compliance and provide advice in accordance to policy to the service provider and internal and external customers.
- Day to day operations such as transactions relating to accounts payable functions including payments to suppliers.
- Depending on the intern bandwidth and interest, the reporting manager may assign other scopes within Finance for a wider exposure.
Requirements:
- Study Accounting specialisation. Accounting module must have been taken.
- The ideal candidate must be meticulous with an eye for details.
- The intern should also possess strong MS Office skills including Excel, primarily used for data collation and analysis.
