Job Description

Job Purpose:

This role will provide assistance on the risk reporting and validation exercise under the scope of Operational, Enterprise and Fraud Risk of Singapore Branch. As part of the Asia regional team, the role will also have exposure to Labuan, Malaysia. 

Primary responsibility pertains to supporting the annual Risk and Control Self Assessment exercise, BRCC pack and review of outsourcing assessments. The role would also be exposed to internal processes including but not limited to policies and procedures and management of internal enhancement of such processes.


  • Assist to prepare materials for local Branch Risk and Compliance Committee.
  • Support performance of Risk and Control Self Assessment and outsourcing assessment.
  • Work with both local and offshore stakeholders on process review and enhancement.
  • Review, archival and management of records.
  •  Undertake Ad-Hoc Projects and duties.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Pursuing Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or Accounting with major or interests in Financial engineering or Risk Management.
  • Knowledge of financial products and financial markets will be an advantage. 
  • Strong analytical and writing skill.
  • Excellent excel spreadsheet skill. Coding/Programming will be advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible. Matured and Disciplined. Meticulous. Commit to the deadline. 
  • Enthusiasm. Willing to learn and contribute. 
  • Able to commit to at least 3 months on a Full-time basis
