Strategic Initiatives
- Work with key stakeholders to support development of business plans / initiatives
- Implement & drive key initiatives from Head Office
Business Implementation & Reporting
- Produce business performance / pipeline decks for regular business meetings, including detailed and accurate asset and deposit pipeline across Coverage and Product
- Produce comprehensive, targeted and insightful reports/ presentations that summarize findings and
- recommendations which supports the senior management decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments across Asia, including Business, Treasury, Finance and Risk to
- drive Business implementation and timely highlight to Manager to ensure necessary decisions and actions are taken
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices
- Ad hoc business analysis as business opportunities and challenges arise
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking sector or Financial Services
- Strong organisational, analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Detail oriented
- Comfortable interacting with Senior Management
