•Handling day-to-day administrative work
•Performing general accounting duties as assigned by the management
•Preparing and maintaining proper filing of reports & invoices
•Processing supplier payments and expenses
•Chasing outstanding receivables
•Assist in managing phone calls
•Handle wide range of accounts duties
•Follow up- with customer for due payments
•Processing of payments
•Assist in quarterly GST reporting
•Assist in the recruitment and selection process
•Assist in benefits, claims and payroll process
•Register and submit claims for the training course
•Administer work pass application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
•Submission of statutory claims (NS claim, childcare claim, maternity & paternity claim)
•Any other duties assigned by Manager
