Job Description
  • As a group marketing executive, you will also have to co-ordinate with teams across different departments such as sales, corporate communications, legal, product development, engineering and retail outlets.
  • Work with the director and analyze the results of the business and come up with strategies for the different products and acquisitions of the company.
  • Follow the company's KPIs
  • Develop marketing strategies, prepare budget, venue and expenses forecasts
  • Meet or exceed the financial targets by the end of the quarter or financial year
  • Assist the team in the development of the overall marketing strategy
  • Co-ordinate the campaign executions, and implement marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
  • Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
  • Manage SEO and social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Drive the marketing strategy and positioning for the companies.
  • Continually identify and improve the product positioning and core customer segments.
  • Come up with innovative, customer-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Get input and feedback from customers to continuously improve the growth.
  • Define the long-term marketing strategy with the marketing director.
  • Liaison with the media and co-ordinate the PR activities of the firm and its related agencies if any.
  • Research about the current marketing trends and keep tabs on competitors
  • Act as a link between the sales and marketing organizations
  • Negotiate with vendors and distributors to manage the product distribution, build distribution networks and distribution strategies
  • Involved in the hiring, training and performance evaluations of the sales and marketing staff
  • Monitor and report all the marketing activities and their results
  • Conduct research to determine market conditions for current and new products
  • Determine the marketing budget and ensure the budget is not exceeded
  • Know about the company data and structure and update the knowledge regularly
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
