Job Description

Responsibilities 

Client and Business Development

  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and advise consumers accordingly
  • Supervise and guide staff to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build strong relationship with clients and uphold the image of the company
  • Continuously cultivate existing client relationships to retain revenue
  • Received feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner

Operations

  • Planning and Scheduling of Training and Enrichment classes
  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise

 

Administrative

 

  • Assume responsibility of staff rostering, as well as cash shortages
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts


Skills & Knowledge:

 

Experience and successful track record in a similar role at a similar level

Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel

Strong sales, negotiation, influencing and merchant skills

PowerPoint, Excel, and generally tech savvy

Experience with visual merchandising is a plus
