Responsibilities: (Minimum 3 points)
● Filtering, recruiting and interviewing potential candidates
● Contact applicants to update them on application status
● Computer database, networking, online resources and company leads to seek out potential applicants
● Conduct the first round of interview in selection of potential candidate
● Arrange interview appointments ( some administrative work is expected )
● Establish marketing strategies in terms of how to ensure consistent applicants
Requirements: (Minimum 3 points)

● Pleasant and people oriented personality
● Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
● Candidate must possess at least a diploma or higher
