The position:
We are looking for Admin/ Accounts Assistant, who will be in-charge of:
- Sorting and data entry of invoices & delivery orders using Xero
- Preparing fixed operation expenses document for Giro entries
- Checking / preparing of quarterly GST submission
- Other administrative duties including picking up of calls and walk-in related enquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum O/ A' Levels Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- No prior experience in Accounting is required (It would be a very good opportunity for students who finished A' Levels to gain first hand experience in basic Accounting and a great resume booster!)
