Job Description
- Ensure timely & accurate recording of invoices in Xero
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on any discrepancies in invoices & other supporting documents
- Review monthly reconcillation of supplier statements
- Ensure compliance of company process/procedures
- Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system on internal cloud system
- Other HR administrative duties such as monthly manpower reporting
Role is remote but will require you to come into office for relevant on-the-job training and/or when there are physical filing requirements.
