Job Description

Ensure timely & accurate recording of invoices in Xero
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on any discrepancies in invoices & other supporting documents
Review monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Checking and preparation of employee timesheets and monthly petty cash claims
Ensure compliance of company process/procedures
Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system on internal cloud system
Other HR administrative duties such as monthly manpower reporting
