Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounts payable function
- Handling of supplier/customer invoices and claims for processing and recording into system
- Filing and scanning of expenses documents (for payment process)
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely suppliers transaction payment
- Perform data entry (AP) & monthly closing procedures in the SAP system
- Maintain supporting documents required for year-end audit purposes
- Handling of export permit and delivery notes
- Any other duties as requested by the direct supervisor and manager
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures and principles and GST knowledge
- Competency in MS Office (Microsoft word, excel, outlook) and accounting software
- Basic math skills
- Ability to analyse figures
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomous and as a team member
- Team player
- Personal effectiveness skill in planning, organizing, manage time and priorities
