Responsibilities:
Communicating with the operational management to develop strategic operational goals
Coordinate operational performance of both internal and external service providers
Manage daily logistics operations
Coordinate and work collaboratively with the Internal and External stakeholders
Inventory management
Troubleshoot customer's feedback, discrepancies & coordinate with service recovery.
Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Min. O levels and above
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience
Driving license for outdoor operation crew
Possess a good attitude towards learning and challenging situations
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Initiative and commitment to complete assigned task
