Job Description
Responsibilities:
- You are primarily responsible for the managing and overseeing of our restaurants kitchen operations.
- Ordering of ingredients and stock-taking.
- Ensure all areas of kitchen are clean and sanitized including food processing equipment, cooking utensils and other light equipment.
- Ensure the safe operations of all equipment and report to management of any faulty equipment.
- Ensure all foods are processed according to the corporate and government regulatory control in hygiene and sanitation standard.
- Performs any other duties as directed by the Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years’ experience in the related field
- Good communicator with leadership qualities
- Passion for food and culinary arts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Singaporean and SPR Only
