Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Kitchen Supervisor, you are primarily responsible for food preparation and food production to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered.
• You are to work together with your team to ensure smooth restaurant kitchen operations and adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards as set in our SOP.
• You are also accountable for proper management and accuracy of the restaurant food items required to meet the restaurant's demand and sales.
Requirements:
• Good culinary skills with a sound working knowledge in all work stations of the kitchen
• Min 1 years experience in a similar capacity with a reputable and established organization
• Good communicator with leadership qualities
• Passion for food and culinary arts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holiday
- Singaporean or PR/ LOC preferable.
