Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Draft and send periodic marketing emails to existing contact list
  • Identify engaged prospects via email statistics and nurture opportunities
  • Manage and maintain contact information within HubSpot CRM
  • Maintain and update website content via HubSpot CMS
  • Assist in creation of rolling 3-month content calendar for various digital channels
  • Create and post content according to content calendar
  • Analyse performance of various platforms/channels via marketing statistics
  • Profile, develop and refine client persona(s)
  • Assist in creating an effective SEO strategy

Sales Support:

  • Support sales-related activities e.g. client follow-ups, proposals and quotations
  • Join client meetings to support in noting client requirements and documenting site condition via photos and videos
  • Support sales via backend processes and activities
  • Analyse sales statistics, share insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Currently taking or have completed a digital marketing course. Business / Marketing fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Comfortable working in a small team and remote-working environment
  • Possess a personal computer / laptop with Microsoft Office
  • Is comfortable handling cloud-based platforms like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Canva and Microsoft Office
  • Can commit to 20 hours a week in total, which includes a mix of remote working and face-to-face meetings

  • Quick to learn and use new software and cloud-based systems
  • Can do simple design work on computer
