Job Description

As an Operations & Social Media Intern at Flare Collectives, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to social media management, content creation, account management, and client sourcing. This full-time internship position is ideal for someone with a passion for social media and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced and creative environment.


Role & Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Assist in managing the agency's social media accounts and keeping up with our talents’ social media. This includes content scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking.

2. Content Creation: Brainstorming post ideas for company social media.

3. Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying potential influencers for collaborations, reaching out to them, and coordinating influencer partnerships. 

4. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing our clients' social media strategies.

5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling email correspondence. To work on ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time. 

6. Account Management: To take charge of certain client accounts from campaign sourcing to campaign management. 

7. Events: To take charge of event invitations & coordination with talents. Occasionally may be required to attend events. 

8. Client outreach: To source and network with potential clients. Weekly check-in with potential clients with updated talent list.
