Job Description
• Support and assist the team in designing, producing and printing of internal and client communications. These include PowerPoint decks, charts, infographics, client mailers and any other communications material;
• Work closely with the account management team to develop creative communications material that fit the client brief;
• Content producer for clients’ digital/social assets – conceptualise, create, edit and maintain top-quality content for clients;
• Main liaison for external vendors such as post-production houses and agencies (when needed);
• Second point of contact to digital content strategies during the course of projects;
• Manage search optimization, assessment, cataloguing and organization of contents; create and define online naming conventions; to be an advisor/keeper/enforcer of editorial style guidelines and develop a detailed set of content style guide for clients’ digital/social content;
• Prepare high-quality and engaging graphics (infographics/memes) and videos (simple) and create repurposed and original content to enhance online asset functionality and develop innovative ways to address user and stakeholder requirements;
• Generate compelling content that garners high engagement and repeat visits, and raises awareness;
• Provide oversight of clients’ social media strategy, web content and approval of CMS, blogs, and the development and maintenance of a master editorial calendar;
• See through various targeted online editorial content from concept to publication;
• Co-ordinate significant updates of digital assets with input from content owners.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Art/Graphic Design or related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design; experience with an advertising/public relations agency is an advantage;
• Experience designing multiple powerpoint presentations and client materials for maximum impact;
• Possess creative flair with an eye for detail;
• Excellent concept development, sketching, and presentation skills;
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
• Team player who is enthusiastic, meticulous, resourceful and patient.
