Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Administrative work and chaperone duties such as becoming an event runner, personal assistant and coordinator.
b. Taking photos and videos at event.
c. Editing compiling and managing video footage as well as photo archives.
d. Daily Media Monitoring and Press Tracking Clipping and archival.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS


1. Possess or is pursuing at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or a related field.
2. Bilingual and with excellent communication skills.
3. Team-player who do not mind working late nights, early mornings and weekends.
4. Able to work independently.
5. Able to commit at least 6 months.
6. Highly organized and who thinks ahead.
7. Importantly you must be able to commit and understand the importance of keeping artists’ personal and professional information confidential.
