Role Overview: FLY Entertainment is looking for a motivated Social Media Intern to join our Social Media and Content team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about video production and social media content.
The intern will focus primarily on creating and editing videos, ranging from short-form vertical content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok to more in-depth projects such as documentaries and podcasts. You will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our roster of household names, gaining hands-on experience in producing engaging content and contributing to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ideate, pitch, and develop content ideas for both organic and sponsored projects.
• Film, produce and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms.
• Collaborate on creative strategies and assist in executing content across various channels.
• Manage social media schedules and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and optimize strategies.
• Stay updated on trends and industry best practices to drive innovative content creation.
• Support in coordinating with other teams and talent for content production.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut.
• Strong interest in social media content creation and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a creative mindset.
