Flying Chalks – Marketing & Operations Intern

Job Description

- Designing and executing marketing campaigns to source new sales leads for our services. 

- Following up with the sales leads through calls, emails and consultations, then close deals with students who want to engage us to help them study abroad. 

- Manage the operational demands from our service offerings, such as liaising with university partners to follow-up on student applications, helping students find their preferred accommodation, arranging for airport pick-up and more.

- Organize and run study programs; from conceptualizing program itineraries and planning of logistics, to engaging third-party service providers and being the tour leader of the study program whenever required. 

- General business development tasks such as managing of social media channels, forging partnerships with other companies, participating in strategic meetings etc.

Requirements

We are seeking for individuals who are interested in entrepreneurship, travel, foreign cultures and most importantly, a passion to help other students forge the best overseas studies experience they can get!

You should be a light bulb of new marketing and business development ideas with the tenacity to execute it. It will be a bonus if you have access to student communities or networks that can add value to the Flying Chalks student community!
