Role Purpose
To support the development of the refreshed end-to-end capability programme (framework + assessment + learner pathways) and partner markets in the region to operationalise the programme in stages. You will also be responsible for E-learning training management and will support the training plans of the regional markets and select priority Markets.
Role Accountabilities
Support the development of the refreshed end-to-end capability programme (framework + assessment + learner pathways)
- Capability development: Learn how a holistic capability programme is developed, & its critical components – framework, assessment tool, training resources/aids, learning pathways, train and review cycle, etc.
- Data analytics: Gather, organize & analyze Assessment results.
- Strategic planning: Exposure to developing recommendations of action plans required to address issues identified.
- Operationalization: Support implementation of strategy/action plans.
- People management & stakeholders engagement: Support in the process of “engage, enroll & enable” local stakeholders to effectively implement programme to the Sales Organization. Gain exposure to vastly different local contexts (structure,levels, language, culture, etc), and stakeholders (includes sales, capability, HR, etc)
- Support the training plans of the regional markets and select priority Markets
- Operationalize Train-the Trainer (TTT) programme for Reach the Right Store (RRS) and Shopper-infused Perfect Store (SIPS)
- Partner local leads to plan the implementation
- Support the Train-the Trainer sessions
- Coordinate with local leads to manage synchronous learning sessions
- Assist with preparation of materials and resources required

- Gain understanding of how a regional team works across multiple markets in Fonterra and learn how capability programme is developed and deployed to all markets, to enable the Sales Organizations to sell more effectively, and achieve company LTA.

- Learn collaboration skills with a diverse group of people from different functions (sales, trade marketing, capability, agencies), levels, countries and culture.
Leverage the right resources to support capability strategies
- How to access and capitalise on the right resources (people, data/information and materials) to identify capability gaps, close these gaps, pre-empt interventions needed to close potential gaps and build capability on a sustainable basis.
Key Skills & Attitude
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s in Business majoring in Business or Marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Positive and enthusiastic team player who can collaborate across cultures.
- Strong project management skills with ability to get things done.
- Self-motivated and works well in a fast-paced environment.
