Job Description
Responsibilities
Our Delivery Operations Interns are responsible for developing and optimizing processes while running the day to day operations of the business!
- ANALYTICS - Analysis and tracking of operational KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability
- STRATEGY - Proactively proposing new strategies, planning and setting a timeline for execution
- PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION AND IMPROVEMENT - Roll out new features to improve efficiency and customer experience . Proactive feedback on new ways to improve riders, restaurants and customer experience.
- As a passionate entrepreneur, you will be empowered to take full responsibility of your tasks and report directly to the local CEO
Requirements
- You have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements. Already demonstrated leadership and graduated with a degree.
- Your first experiences in a high-performance environment and your strong analytical skills distinguish you from other applicants.
- Moreover, you are familiar with structuring and setting up efficient business processes
- Your ambitions to work independently with flexibility as well as your entrepreneurial spirit make you an ideal match for our motivated team
- Ideally you have already gained international experience and are ready for new challenges
