Job Description

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Rider Payroll Intern for our team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, and will be reporting to the Operations Executive.

About the job:

We are looking for an experienced Rider Payroll Intern to assist in riders’ payroll and work closely with internal and external clients to deliver operational excellence on the payroll process, and ensuring the smooth and effective running of payroll activities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full cycle of payroll administration for delivery riders
  • Tabulate the clocked hours and computation of incentives and claims for every payroll period
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date records for timely delivery of information for payroll purposes and reports
  • Handle payroll queries from external and internal clients 
  • Generate payroll-related reports for HR and Finance departments

Requirements:

  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Familiar with local payroll legislations and general accounting 
  • Possess conflict management and problem-solving skills
  • At least 1 year experience in payroll administration
  • Diploma/Bachelors in Accounting/Business Administration/Human Resources
  • Highly meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
