Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Marketing Executive/Manager to provide excellent customer service and to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

 

Job Descriptions:

 

Customer Service

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining good customer relationship.

  • Help to develop service procedures, policies and standards

  • Handle call-in enquiry and follow-up with customer when necessary in a timely manner.

  • Manage and lead a team of Customer Service staff.

  • Mentor and develop the Customer Service staff (existing and new) and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Marketing

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

  • Expand and develop marketing platforms.

  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.

  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.

    Job Requirements

    - Minimum Diploma in Business or Marketing.

    - At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and marketing.

    - Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and leadership skills.

    - Provide good customer service to clients and ensure all requirements are delivered.

    - Able to multi-task and to work independently.

    - Able to manage time and adhere to deadlines.

    - Meticulous and detail oriented, with a high sense of integrity.

    - Hardworking and responsible.

    - A friendly personality and great working attitude.

    - Ability to be calm under pressure.

    - Outstanding communication (written and oral).

    - Taking the initiative and be prepared to go the extra mile.

    - Able to commence work with short notice

    - For Singaporean or SPR only

    Other Information:

    - Able to report at Penjuru Place (near Teban Garden)

    - Prepare to work 5.5 days

    - Working hours from 9.00 am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday), 9.00am to 1.00pm (every Saturday)

    - Required to cover duty at outlets occasionally.
