Job Description

About the Role

  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management, assess chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation for the role. 
  • Ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to referrals, career portals, CRM, social media, events etc
  • Supporting consultants to deliver on specific search mandates
  • Research, map and identify top talent in the market
  • Attending both candidate and client meetings
  • Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
  • Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
