About the Role
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management, assess chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation for the role.
- Ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to referrals, career portals, CRM, social media, events etc
- Supporting consultants to deliver on specific search mandates
- Research, map and identify top talent in the market
- Attending both candidate and client meetings
- Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
- Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and sales pipeline to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
