THE ROLE

We are looking for a goal-oriented Affiliate Sales Manager to develop key sales channels/partnerships and grow the company’s revenue streams.

The person is expected to hit target sales revenue and also establish themselves as an integral part of our team. They'll be working with Fortune Cookie Wisdom's top performers and most successful clients while carving out their own niche in this fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values creativity.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Closing sales on Zoom or Skype calls to hit daily and weekly target sales goals.

• Find new sales channels and affiliates to sell our products.

• Identify, build and manage relationships with current and prospective affiliate sales partners.

• Oversee and improve the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Provide and deliver Affiliate Reports to partners and stakeholders.

• Create win-win joint venture deals.

• Assist internal team to ensure timely launch of contests and campaigns.

• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator, Service Level Agreements, and Sales Revenue target projections.

• Analyze data to ensure campaigns are meeting allowable CPA goals and ROI benchmarks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must Have’s:

• A strong sales background and self-motivated to hit target sales goals.

• A strong cultural and business understanding of the United States.

• You are good with numbers and spreadsheets.

• Able to work US business hours to jump on zoom calls and close deals.

• Ability to analyze data, think critically to make sound decisions.

• Ability to think out of the box and create win/win deals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Has an interest in Personal Development or Spirituality products.

• Working knowledge of affiliate sales networks such as Clickbank, Digistore24, or Maxxweb.

• Working knowledge of affiliate tracking software such as HasOffers or anything similar.

• Working knowledge and experience scaling direct response offers.
