Founders Doc serves early-stage companies between their pre seed and Series B stages, by providing them with legal support during their growth stages. Since 2021, we have served more than 102 startup founders / early stage companies in Southeast Asia and have grown substantially. We are also a startup ourselves, developing legal-technology tools in the background.
Legal Internship [Singapore]
Preference will be given to Singapore-based candidate who has a degree in law /is currently a law student.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1) Drafting and proofreading legal documents and commercial contracts. You will be working with the rest of the team to ensure the documents are of quality.
2) Creating publications and materials to educate founders, early stage companies and the general public on various legal processes that early stage companies and start ups typically go through. These are part of our efforts to make legal resources more easily accessible to early stage companies and start ups.
3) Assist with the growth of the company by assisting with website development and/or other processes, reviewing in-house legal tech products and providing feedback and enhancements.
4) Contribute to the expansion of the company's market presence and customer base through active involvement in website development and related processes, while also offering integral support in office administration.
5) A strong command of English is necessary.
