About the job

The primary objective of this role is to help ensure the effective management of relationships with all regulatory entities, legal agreements with partners and service providers, and internal compliance. The role may expand to more market related functions like market risk depending on the profile and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist in maintaining the company's risk and compliance framework in line with regulatory requirements. Help prepare regulatory filings, stay informed about regulatory changes, and support in handling inquiries and audits.
  • Service Providers Relations: Support the development and maintenance of relationships with partners and service providers. Assist in negotiating service terms and monitor service provider performance to ensure high-quality service.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Aid in the establishment and enforcement of compliance rules. Participate in regular audits and help provide training to staff to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

The role could expand further in :

  • Risk Monitoring: Assist in defining and enforcing risk limits. Help in monitoring risk levels and support the implementation of proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Assist in maintaining communication with stakeholders. Help prepare comprehensive reports on compliance and risk management, and contribute to the continual improvement of processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Economics. Computer science minor and coding is a plus.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements, and the ability to handle complex negotiations and partnerships
