Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to support our HR team in fostering a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement. This role will be responsible for assisting in the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs, HR engagement events, and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about people development, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and support the development of training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Maintain training records, track learning progress, and generate reports on training effectiveness.
  • Support the development of learning materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
  • Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring content is up to date.
  • Collaborate with trainers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver training solutions.

HR Engagement & Events:

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Support internal communication efforts related to employee engagement, including newsletters, posters, and announcements.
  • Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements to engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and facilitating new hire training.
  • Maintain recruitment records and ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in learning & development, employee engagement, and recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
