Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive in our hotel, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our services to increase revenue and market share. You will develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the hotel.
- Implement targeted sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed budgeted revenue goals.
- Prospect and develop new business while nurturing and expanding existing client accounts through the preparation and execution of personalized action plans.
Coordinate and arrange site inspections for potential clients, ensuring a seamless experience that highlights the hotel's offerings.
Execute all responsibilities efficiently and within established timelines, adhering to hotel policies and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and a positive attitude when interacting with guests, clients, and colleagues at all times.
Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive business information and client details.
Convert sales leads and manage accounts by collaborating with senior management to maximize opportunities and close deals.
Proactively solicit new business and close sales within established guidelines and targets.
Establish and maintain a regular sales call pattern to ensure consistent client engagement and business development.
Monitor and analyze competitive activity within the market, providing tactical recommendations to the Director of Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing for strategic adjustments.
Entertain key prospects and clients to strengthen relationships, foster loyalty, and drive additional sales opportunities.
Continuously monitor competitor activities to stay informed of trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Cultivate strong relationships with key business influencers, including meeting and convention planners, corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators, government departments, and other business partners closely aligned with the hotel’s objectives.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the hotel's strategic goals and operational success.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
