Four Seasons Hotel Singapore – Hospitality Internship

Report to Front Office Manager for goal setting and expectations alignment - Introduction to the Front Office team - Familiarize with Four Seasons Hotel Singapore accommodation types, F&B outlets, facilities in the hotel, guest room amenities, as well as hotel telephone directory - Perform lobby ambassador duties including but not limited to the following: attend to guests upon arrival and directing guests to the designated check-in / out location - Engaging and interacting with guests during the wait to enhance the guests’ arrival experience - Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management - Promote the different categories of guest rooms and F&B outlets and offerings in the hotels - Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow to ensure seamless guest experiences - Monitor activities in the hotel lobby and report any suspicious characters, items or/and activities to the Front Desk Manager - Greet and escort guests to their tables - Present the menu and provide detailed information when asked - Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses - Offer menu recommendations upon request - Interact with guests to collect feedback for improvement
