Front Office
- Receive and welcome guests following the appropriate procedures as per organization standards.
- Establish customer requirements and handle promptly.
- Provide accurate information appropriately to the guests.
- Handle different sources of reservations in the hotel
- Handle the arrival/departure of guests using the correct procedures at reception.
- Use computerized or manual systems to provide front office documents
- Provide appropriate information and assistance the guests.
- Handle guest complaints appropriately and according to company policy.
