Job Description
  •  Ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales orders, SRO & CN (Receive sales orders via message, fax or email)
  • Ensure accurate data update to the system.
  • Ensure timely posting of all SRO & CN
  • Ensure proper filling of all documents
  • Update/amend on physical sales orders & system if there any changes
  • Attend customers enquiries/feedback (via call in or email)
  • Ensure timely submission of MTO to bedframe purchaser
  • Send in any special size mattress orders to Special size groupchat via message
  • Update bedframe suppliers if have any date changes via message or inform bedframe purchaser
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
